A draft Consultation Paper of the Institute’s Strategic Action Plan to tackle board gender diversity is uploaded here. This proposed plan is shaped by the five strategic pillars in the Institute’s Strategic Plan 2019-2021. The Institute hosted a successful Women on Board Breakfast in February this year which has contributed to the formulation of a specific set of activities that are proposed in this draft. You will see that some of these activities form part of the ongoing pursuit of the Institute but with sharpened focus and others are new initiatives.
