Best Young Director
Charlie Gilichibi
Charlie Gilichibi is the Young Director of
the Year award winner for 2010.
Charlie, 32, is currently the IT Manager and
Special Projects Coordinator at NASFUND
and has been since 2005.
Charlie was elected a director to the
Transparency International (PNG) Inc.
board in March of 2009.
He has contributed effectively towards the
board's overall discharge of responsibilities
on TIPNG's performance, compliance to
its governance regime and the continued improvement of
outcomes to its short and long term objectives.

Innovative Company DataNets
Computer firm Data Nets is the New Innovative Company for 2010. It's General Manager Sundar Ramamurhty received the award at the awards dinner.
Data Nets Limited was started in late 1993 and specialises in data communications and mobile computing and has since, expanded into being an
Internet Service Provider. But this is not the first time the company has put innovative ideas into its business...it has been doing that since
it opened for business in 1994.

Female Director
Tamzin Wardley
Tamzin Wardley is the Female Director of the Year award winner for 2010.
She joined the PNG Sustainable Development Program at the end of 2009 after
working for 15 years for WR Carpenters. At WR Carpenters, Tamzin worked her way up from Group
Accountant to Finance Director and Managing Director. Directorships at WR Carpenters covered
some 28 companies across PNG, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and Australia. Her directorships include
roles on the PNG Sports Federation and Olympic Committee, and now the Organising Committee of the 2015
Pacific Games.

Male Director Manesh Patel
Mahesh Patel of the CPL Group of companies is the winner of the Male Director of the Year 2010.
He is the chairman of one of the country's largest chain of pharmacy, hardware and supermarket
outlets company. Mahesh founded CPL Group back in 1987 with only two staff. Today, the group employs
almost 2000 people with a turnover in excess of K300 million per annum.
