Bernard N. Eliuda was elected to the Institute Board in 2018. Mr. Eliuda graduated from the University of Papua New Guinea in 2005 and was admitted to practice as a lawyer the same year. He has served in various law firms and companies as a Commercial lawyer and as Legal Officer since 2006.

Mr. Eliuda is a member of the Rotary Club of Lae and previously served as Vice President of the Cancer Relief Society in Lae. He was Company Secretary for Motor Vehicles Insurance Limited and Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited. His current role is as Company Lawyer and Company Secretary for South Pacific Brewery Limited, which is a subsidiary of the Heineken Group.
