Sharon Kupp-Tengdui is currently the President of the Institute.

She was first appointed as an Institute Director in May 2016. She is Head of Legal and Compliance for Westpac Bank PNG Limited.

Mrs. Kupp-Tengdui holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from University of Papua New Guinea and a Masters of Laws from Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
