Vani Nades has been a director of the Institute since 2018 and won the PNG Young Director of the Year award in 2013.

She started and runs Emstret Holdings Limited (an Internet Service Provider), Emstret Space (a co-working hub creating an inclusive ecosystem for entrepreneurs), and Little CEO Pizza company.

She founded Voices for Villages Foundation Inc that has humanitarian goals. Ms. Nades is passionate about positively impacting young lives and facilitated the school challenge program to compete in school debates across Oceania and in the World School Debates, Spelling Bee and Poetry Slam. She sits on the board of the Port Moresby Chamber of Commerce.
