A consultation draft of a proposed strategic action plan on Gender Gap on Board in Papua New Guinea is put here for your comments and feedback. Your feedback and comments will finalize the strategic action plan for PNGID Board to approve for adoption and implement in Mid to late July 2020.
The closing date for feedback and comments are due by 13 August 2020.

Women on Board
This space is specifically created as part of our resources for current and aspiring Women Directors. This space will recognize and profile the achievements of women directors and to promote and grow this talent pool. We will aim to feature a women director of PNGID and share their insights into business leadership and directorship.
This month we introduce Mrs. Sharon Kupp-Tengdui. She joined the PNGID Board as a Director in 2017 before stepping up to become Vice-President in 2019. Sharon is currently Head of Legal and Compliance with Westpac Bank (PNG) Limited. She was previously Company Secretary of ANZ Limited from 2017 to 2019.
